QUICOLOR NF

QUICOLOR NF

Rapid Antibiotic Susceptibility Detection Media

NF MP025

  • Rapid results compared to classical methods
  • Rapid antibiotic susceptibility test
  • MIC determination with gradient bar
  • ESBL, MRSA detection
  • QUICOLOR ES is a rapid antibacterial susceptibility test medium for Enterobacteriaceae and Staphylococci.
  • Disc diffusion and dilution methods in liquid or solid media are widely used to determine the susceptibility of bacteria to antibacterials. These methods are time consuming and require overnight incubation.
  • The red color of QUICOLOR ES turns yellow with the metabolic activity of the bacteria growing on the agar surface.
  • QUICOLOR NF is developed for non-fermentative species such as Pseudomonas and Acine- tobacter.
  • The yellow color of QUICOLOR NF turns red with the metabolic activity of bacteria growing on the agar surface.
  • Zones of inhibition appear within 4-6 hours, long before the bacterial layer is formed. Provides rapid antibacterial susceptibility test results.
